Where do our lostpackages come from?
Each year in Europe, millions of packages ordered online go missing for various reasons, often due to incorrect address details.
In the past, once the customers were reimbursed, these undelivered parcels were destroyed by the logistics companies responsible for their transport. But with Lostys, that waste is over! By reclaiming lost packages from these platforms, we give them a second life and contribute to an eco-friendly approach that promotes the circular economy while helping to reduce the carbon footprint associated with waste.
